Because of their unique flavor, Perch is one of the more popular fresh-water fishes and is always in demand. When cooked, many enjoy the mildly sweet, excellent mouth-feel of tender flakes that delicately break with every bite.

Our Perch fillets are boneless and skinless, quick-frozen to preserve that freshly caught, just from the market delicious flavor. Wholey Perch Fillets can be fried, baked, sautéed, poached, or grilled and will surely come out great each time. Simply make sure to thaw your Perch safely in the refrigerator the night before cooking, pat thoroughly dry, and enjoy any way you like. If you're looking for a quick and inspiring Perch meal, try lightly dredging them in flour, then set them aside. Next, place in a frying pan over medium heat, add in a tablespoon of olive oil and butter to melt, then add the fillets to sear for roughly 2 minutes. After two minutes, flip them over, then remove them from the pan. In the same pan, add two more tablespoons of butter to create a sauce, add a squeeze of lemon and freshly chopped parsley, and cook for one more minute. Lastly, plate the perch fillets, spoon the butter sauce, and enjoy.
