Standard 1-2 Days and Next-Day delivery are the only services we provide, aside from top-notch customer service. And you’ll never have to leave the comfort of your seat when you shop with us.
We send a confirmation email after your order is placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this email to ensure all details are correct prior to shipping. Please allow one business day for order-processing.
Once your order ships, we will send an email with relevant tracking information so you can keep tabs on where your order is. For additional shipping-related queries after the order has shipped, please contact the carrier or reach out to us directly.
Please note: To guarantee delivery of your order by the end of the same week we advise you to have your order placed by the end of the business day Tuesday. It could take an additional business day to process your order which may cause a delay in shipping until the next available shipping day. We advise you to leave your requested delivery day in the comment section at checkout.
In some instances we may hold off shipping until the following Monday.
When ordering during holiday seasons please keep in mind that UPS and FedEx typically do not deliver the day of the holiday. Though we will try our hardest to make sure your order arrives to you in time for the holiday, we ask that you place your order at least a week in advance to guarantee it's arrival.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, which means perishable items must arrive as fresh as possible. And our shipping options make that possible. That’s why we choose to use packing materials like extra-thick recycled polyurethane foam containers and industry-leading package-cooling. This ensures your order remains at an optimal temperature even when in transit.
Our fresh items are shipped with cooling gel packs to help keep them chilled, while frozen items are sent with dry ice to ensure they remain frozen. If both fresh and frozen items are shipped together the entire package will arrive frozen.
Wholeys exclusively offers premium shipping services, which is available for free on all orders of $200 or more. For orders that don’t qualify for free shipping, shipping costs will depend on your particular location.
Shipment costs vary depending on your location and can range from $10 to $50 for 1-2 Day shipping.
* Please Note* When choosing shipping, the 1-2 Day Standard and Next Day delivery options are the time it takes in transit after the order is shipped and not the time it will take to arrive to your house after placing your order.

Important Delivery Information
Most packages arrive before noon, but some can come as late as 7 p.m. Please check the tracking information included in your confirmation email for further details or contact the carrier directly.
Fish delivery does not require a signature, so you do not need to be home to sign for it. Further, our careful packaging ensures the contents will remain fresh for up to 24 hours after delivery.
If, however, you are ordering for holidays or special occasions, we advise you allow for extra time in case of inclement weather or other potential shipping delays that are out of our control.
