I just placed my order online. How will I know the order was received?
After your order is placed you will receive order confirmation and ship confirmation emails. The order confirmation email should arrive within 24 hours. This confirms receipt of your order and provides you with your confirmation number. The ship notification is sent to you the moment your product is shipped and will provide you with your package tracking number.

I'm getting an error with my shipping option. It reads The shipping method you specified is not available to your address?
In order to ensure that all orders arrive in 1 to 2 days we have to limit certain states to be eligible for ground shipping. If you are choosing ground and receiving the error then you are out of our ground delivery zone. Please select Overnight. To view our shipping map click here.

Do I have to register with your site to place an order?
No. You don't have to register to place an order with us. At the checkout screen choose guest checkout and you can proceed without becoming a member. Registering, however, does allow you to shop more easily. Being a member allows you to store your information in our system so you can have a speedy, secure checkout without re-entering your information with each order. It also allows for you to re-order from previous purchases that are saved to your account.

I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet. Can I still place an order?
Wholey.com uses the latest in security technology to ensure your sensitive information is protected. However, you may also place an order by phone at 412-391-0125.

Where can I purchase or use a Wholey's Gift Card?
Gift cards can be purchased online or at our local retail location. Please note that gift cards purchased at retail can only be used for the retail location. Online gift cards can be redeemed both online and in-store. To order your gift card online, click here.

How can I redeem my Wholey's Gift Card or Certificate?
Gift Cards and Certificates can be redeemed online or at Wholey's retail location.

To redeem online-bought gift certificates at our retail location please bring in a printed copy of the order with the gift certificate number on it to the checkout register.

To redeem your gift certificate online, simply enter your Gift Number on the Payment and Summary page as you check out.

What if I receive products I am not satisfied with?
We aren't happy unless you are! If something is not up to your standards, please let us know! We will do everything in our power to make it right. Also, please refer to our return policy.

How are Wholey.com products shipped?

We strive to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. We use plenty of dry ice and a polystyrene insulated cooler to keep your frozen products frozen. Orders of fresh products are kept refrigerated with plenty of gel packs.

What if I order both frozen and fresh products?

We generally prefer not to ship fresh and frozen together. If the order is large enough we will separate it into two boxes, otherwise we will use dry ice for the entire order. If you don't want the order to be frozen please call our shipping department at 412-391-3737
