Since we deal with highly perishable items we do not accept returns; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us and we will do our best to work with you on finding a solution to the problem. If we made a mistake on your order, we will replace the missing product or issue a refund on the card used to make the purchase. You may request a refund/replacement of items within 48 hours of delivery.
Please do not discard any packaging or product until a resolution is reached. Photographs of the product and packaging are helpful in addressing problems. On occasion we may request a package and its contents be returned to us for inspection
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-7 days after requesting it; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
