Baked Scottish Salmon Steaks
Yields: 2 servings
- 2 salmon steaks
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1. Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish
- 2. Place salmon in pan and top with butter and lemon juice
- 3. Combine green onion, parsley, garlic salt, and lemon-pepper seasoning in a bowl
- 4. Sprinkle over the salmon steaks
- 5. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily
