Filet Mignon Steaks with Fresh Herb and Garlic Rub

Yield: 4 servings

Total Time: 10 – 15 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons bottled garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh basil, minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 Wholey’s Market filet mignon steaks

Directions:

  1. 1.) Combine seasonings and spices in a small bowl.
  2. 2.) Rub mixture evenly over filet mignon steaks.
  3. 3.) Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  4. 4.) Add steaks to the pan and cook for four minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.

Serve with mashed potatoes, broccoli florets, or your favorite side dish for a hearty meal!
