Our Canadian salmon steaks come from Atlantic salmon that are sustainably raised off the coast of Scotland. Due to frigid waters and strong currents, these salmon are high in fat content and produce a mild to moderate flavor. In the culinary world, presentation is everything. Luckily, our Canadian salmon combines a naturally rosy pink color and firmer texture to produce a mouthwatering whirlwind with each and every bite.
