KEY NUTRIENTS
While steaks have distinctive taste and need little in the way of seasoning, pork is a relatively blank canvas upon which you can paint any masterpiece. Our pork spare ribs are no exception, and we guarantee your taste buds will be begging for more. Whether marinating or dry rubbing to your heart’s content, spare ribs are a classic dish often found at backyard barbecues, parties, and tailgating events. You may wonder what the difference is between spare ribs and baby back ribs. Baby back are nestled beneath the loin muscle and spare ribs are cut from baby backs all the way down to the breast bone. This masterful cut produces a richer and more flavorful meat that’s worthy of an applause at the dinner table.
We personally don’t believe that pork spare ribs get their due. This particular cut of pork ribs has a higher fat content than baby backs, but they also provide an excellent source of protein. Although their larger size means that they can take a little longer to cook, it is well worth the effort and stomach grumbling. Each order of our pork spare ribs includes an average of 9 pounds, which is a great starting point for large parties, social gatherings, or corporate events. Dare to be bold by incorporating these juicy ribs into pastas, sandwiches, and other fun entrees.
