Stewed Squid Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • Squid rings- 1 pound
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 whole chopped garlic
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 4 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Directions:

  1. Put olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chopped garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add wine, tomatoes, squid rings, and thyme.
  4. Simmer about 45 minutes or until squid is tender.
  5. Enjoy with fresh basil on top.
