Whether you have a big family get-together coming, are celebrating, or want delicious seafood pre-portioned, ready to go, Wholey's has your back with this seafood grilling sampler. We have three of our most famous seasonings: Savory Salmon seasoning, Fish N' Fin seasoning, and our signature Blackened seafood seasoning. We pre-season our seafood grilling sampler so that when it arrives at your front door, it's ready to go whenever you are.

Our Norweigan salmon is rich in flavor and packed with healthy omega-3s for a more buttery bite. If you have a charcoal grill, you'll find it easier to impart a delicious smokiness and aroma. The best grill temperature for our salmon is roughly 450F to 500F, and cook, if present, skin side down for 6-8 minutes.

The exact temperature range of 450-500 is also ideal for our Yellow-fin tuna, but you only need to grill it for 30-60 seconds per side if thawed for a perfect tuna steak. If you're not a fan of the hint of pink within your tuna, you can cook it for 2-3 minutes on each side, but watch the time so you don't overcook it. With our swordfish, it takes just 6-8 minutes to grill them to juicy, tender, flakey perfection.

Grilling imparts an earthy, smokey flavor to each piece of our seafood grilling sampler, making mouths water and friends, family, or guests ask for more. The best part? You don't have to flip the fish! We recommend oiling the grill and the seafood to avoid sticking for a perfect, evenly cooked piece.
