Cut Fresh Daily, Freezes During Transit with Dry Ice.
After a long day of everything that life throws at us—it’s no wonder we might pass over the fresh whole bronzini in a grocery store to reach for the frozen pizza. For many of us, our time is precious, and when it comes time to cook, we may not have the energy or time to create a well-rounded meal that is mouth-wateringly good and chock-full of flavor.
At Wholey’s, we deliver the freshest-caught 3-7 whole Bronzini directly from Greece, pre-cut, frozen immediately, and brought to your front door for the ultimate convenience and cooking.

If you’ve never tried Bronzini before, we highly encourage you to try our 3-7 Bronzini, whole, as it is a tender fish that takes very little work to turn out amazing. Try seasoning thawed Bronzini generously on both sides with kosher salt, freshly cracked pepper, and the insides. Take a lemon, slice it thinly, and place half of the sliced lemon and half a sliced red onion inside the fish. Roast the entire Branzino in the center rack of a 400-degree heated oven for 5 minutes on each side, then carefully turn over (you may need a large spatula) and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Turn the broiler on and broil your Branzino about 6 inches from the heat source for 3-4 minutes for a golden, crispy, crunchy finish.
For an elevated touch, create ladolemono sauce for the fish by adding lemon juice, oregano, salt, garlic, and pepper to a bowl and whisk. Slowly drizzle extra virgin olive oil into the bowl to help the herbs and sauce emulsify and thicken. Serve your baked Branzino on a platter, drizzle it with sauce, cut it in half, add lightly salted cherry tomatoes around the fish, sprinkle it with fresh pinches of dill, and generously add more sauce for a Mediterranean meal delight.
