Roasted Leg of Lamb
- 1 semi-boneless Pennsylvania lamb leg
- 3 tablespoons of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1. Bring your lamb leg to room temperature.
- 2. Place lamb in a broiling pan.
- 3. Broil on each side for 5 minutes each.
- 4. Add seasonings of garlic, salt and pepper.
- 5. Turn oven to 325 degrees.
- 6. Roast for 25 minutes per pound (about 2 hours for an average of 7 pounds.)
- 7. Check meat for internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve with glazed carrots or rice.
