Smoked Sausage Skillet
- Johnsonville Andouille smoked sausage (one sausage)
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 red pepper
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- A drizzle of olive oil
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1. Slice the sausage and set aside.
- 2. In large frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and heat the pan on medium.
- 3. Stir in smoked sausage until browned.
- 4. Add pepper, broccoli, and tomato sauce, and simmer for about 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- 5. Add in cooked rice and sprinkle with cheese.
