Grilled Shark Steaks
Yields: 4-6 servings
- Wholey’s Market shark steaks (2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 clove garlic, sliced and pressed
- Black pepper to taste
- Combine soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, and pepper in a dish.
- Let shark steaks soak in marinade for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Remove from marinade.
- Grill each side of shark steaks until seared on each side or for about 2 minutes over flame on grill.
- Move to cooler side of grill and cook an additional 4 minutes for each side.
The steaks need to soak in marinade to help retain flavor. Serve with salad, grilled vegetables, or your favorite side for a delicious summer meal.
