Shark texture is somewhat reminiscent of swordfish, but this lean, fattier meat may require marinating to keep it moist and tender for your guests. They taste especially sensational when slightly seasoned with fresh herbs, spices, or citrus. Season liberally or as much as you’d like for full flavor potential.
