Polish Kielbasa

Ingredients:

• Polish Kielbasa (1 pound, cut into four pieces)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Add salt and pepper to kielbasa to taste.
3. Grill the kielbasa, turning until marked, 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Remove from grill and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
5. Serve with pierogies and a grilled vegetable.
